Why do I need to register?

We will be providing links on our website relevant to the cities and countries of proposed posting to prepare you for the various postings. If there are any specific questions you may have and are not answered by the links one of our recruitment specialists will be able to assist with any information you may need.

What about protections such as Loss of Income/Licence and Health Insurance?

GlobalOne provides you with access to various services and products through reputable third-party providers to ensure you can protect your income and the health for yourself and your family while being posted as an Expatriate overseas. These includes access to Health Insurance, Loss of Income Insurance, Travel Insurance, and pension to be developed that you will have access to while residing overseas. We are available to guide you through the process and will be working continuously to assist where possible to improve the experience during your posting.

How long is the application process?

This varies and is oftentimes dependent on the airline, but our recruitment personnel will keep you informed of the progress of your application. Once your documentations have been assessed and the requisite approvals received we will assist in the interview/screening process.

What is the interview process like?

The interview process varies dependent of each airline. However, the general principle is consistent in that post the announcement of a vacancy, applicant submit the required documentation which is assessed for veracity based on pre-screening. Successful candidates in the pre-screening will be invited to a formal interview. This usually consists of airman knowledge testing, a personal interview, and a simulator evaluation. Once the candidate successfully completes this portion of the interview they are sent for a medical screening.

What is the training duration?

The duration of training varies with each airline. In some case the duration can be anywhere between four to eight months.
